As per the Emigration Act 1983, Govt. of India all clients from host countries should to be registered their company/organization through Govt.of India website. i.e. WWW.emigrate.gov.in

Pre-information required from Foreign Employer i.e. about the project, place of work, numbers of workers required (categories wise), qualification and experience required, duration of contract with duty hours per day/per week, salary offered, food accommodation and other facilities offered

  • First Employer should have to register on above mentioned website through Indian Embassy in their concern country./li>
  • After registration employee will get user ID & Password for their company.
  • Using user ID and Password they will raise demand as per their required categories on our License (RA ID-RA5390522)
  • Visa authorization letter (KSA ONLY)
  • Employment contract specimen (as per standard contract of the company on the company letter head)
  • Job description as pre the company requirements.
  • Commercial Registration certificate (KSA only)
  • Copy of Identity and /passport of employer in case of (KSA)
  • PTA (prepaid ticket advice ) wherever applicable
  • Any other documents required to be completed as per the requirements of Govt. of India or Embassies/Consulate time to time
  • We shall be pleased to extend our guidelines/assistance to you in exiting the above documents and attesting them from respective authorities (Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of External Affairs and Indian Embassies/consulate in host countries.)
