Job Description:

We are seeking 2 experienced Auto Painters/Automotive Paint Technicians to join our team in Romania. As an Auto Painter/Automotive Paint Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to achieve high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
2. Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired shade
3. Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using spray guns or other painting tools
4. Inspect surfaces for defects and correct imperfections before painting
5. Ensure an even, smooth, and high-quality finish on all painted surfaces
6. Maintain and clean painting equipment and work areas
7. Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations regarding paint and solvent use
8. Touch up paintwork and perform minor body repairs when needed
9. Work closely with body technicians to ensure seamless repairs and finishes
10. Document paint jobs and materials used for record-keeping purposes

Requirements:

– 5+ years of international experience in automotive painting
– Conversational English skills (good level)
– Male candidates only
– Age: 25-50 years old

What We Offer:

Salary: 700 Euro net per month
Contract Period: 2 years
Working days: 6 days per week
